ORTAK Cards — Terms

1. Provider

ORTAK Cards is provided by OrtaKinvest LLC, Wyoming, USA ("ORTAK"). Contact: info@ortakinvest.eu.

2. What you get

A hosted digital business card at ortakinvest.eu/c/<your-address>, the studio to edit it, a QR code in print quality and a save-contact file. The card is public by design — anyone with the link or code can see it.

3. Price and term

Personal cards are free and stay online with no term until you delete them. For business profiles and teams: the first year costs the price shown at checkout, setup included. After that the card renews yearly at the yearly price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel any time in "Subscription & invoices"; the card stays live until the end of the paid year. Prices are final prices.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason by writing to info@ortakinvest.eu. Because you ask for the card to go live immediately, you pay a proportionate amount for the days it was live; the rest is refunded.

5. Your content

You are responsible for everything on your card, including the rights to photos and logos and any legal notice your business needs. No unlawful, misleading or infringing content. ORTAK may suspend cards that break these rules or the law.

6. Availability

We aim for the card to be reachable at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is kept short.

7. Liability

ORTAK is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage and at most the amount paid in the last twelve months. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We may change these terms for the future. We tell you by email at least four weeks in advance; if you object, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

10. Payment feature

You can add your own payment methods to your card (wallet addresses, IBAN, PayPal, Revolut and others). ORTAK only displays them: payments go directly between the payer and you; ORTAK does not receive, hold or forward any money and is not a payment or crypto-asset service provider. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, incoming payments, refunds and their tax treatment.

ORTAK Rewards

  1. Sparks and tiers are purely a game and status feature with no monetary value and no entitlement to anything in return.
  2. The 15 % referral discount applies once, to the very first payment of a new customer who books through a valid invite link of a live card. It cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  3. For each new customer won this way, the owner of the referring card receives a one-time credit worth 50 % of the yearly fee of the package booked; renewals by the referred customer do not earn further credits. 1 credit equals €1.
  4. Credits are applied automatically to future ORTAK invoices. They are not paid out, not transferable and expire when the account is deleted.
  5. Self-referrals, multiple accounts and any form of abuse are excluded; in such cases credits and discounts may be withdrawn. If a payment is refunded or withdrawn, the credits granted for it lapse.
  6. ORTAK may change or end the programme with effect for the future; credits already earned are not affected.

LEAGUE – TERMS

  1. Each league and its prizes are run by the respective business, not ORTAK. ORTAK only provides the technology.
  2. Taking part is free and voluntary. There is no stake and no money to win – only the prizes the business sets and hands out itself.
  3. At most one check-in per day counts, only via live QR on site. Cheating (e.g. passing on the code) can lead to exclusion by the business or ORTAK.
  4. Scoring: monthly ranking by check-ins; on a tie, whoever reached the number first ranks higher. Prizes for places 1–3 and challenge prizes are assigned automatically and redeemed at the till.
  5. There is no right to a cash payout or exchange. The business alone is responsible for prizes and their redemption.
  6. Train at your own pace – rest days are part of it. The streak counts weeks, not days.
